These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the My Getaways app and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You may sign up as a travel agent or as a traveler (client). You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Description of Service

My Getaways lets travel agents build day-by-day trip itineraries and share them with their clients. Clients can view trips shared with their account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the itinerary content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service, including sharing it with the clients you designate.

5. Availability & Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We'll try to give notice of significant changes where practical.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of travel information (such as flight times or confirmation details) entered into the Service — always verify travel details with the relevant airline, hotel, or vendor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Getaways will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
